Groundhandling at the South Pole

Paragliding is fun, but unfortunately the flat, cold South Pole is probably one of the world's least suitable places for it. Nevertheless there is a lot one can learn and practice even on the ground. Therefore I brought an old paraglider down.
It works much better than I thought, but it is still bloody cold, especially in your fingers and a frost nip is common but it is worth the fun.
Besides the cold the place is ideal for groundhandling, hundreds of kilometers obstacle free path for the wind so it is very laminar. Denis also brought his wing down and so we are playing in 10 to 15 kts wind (with windchill it comes down to -80°C. Amazingly the material so far is doing pretty good ;))
